Introduction:The convection heating surface of the SZL biomass boiler is very plentiful. The efficiency characteristics of the boiler operation are stable and there is a certain overload capacity.

Introduction

  SZL type series double boiler vertical chain furnace drain steam and hot water boiler adopts quick assembly or assembly structure. 4~6t/h is the quick-fill water pipe structure, which is delivered after the whole assembly in the factory; 6~35t/h is composed of two upper and lower parts, the upper part is the main heating surface, and the lower part is the combustion equipment. The front end of the boiler body is the upper part of the water wall that is arranged around and the lower part of the connection between the water drum and the header forms a combustion chamber to absorb the radiant heat of the furnace. The back end of the boiler is arranged with dense convection tube bundles between the upper and lower drums, and the high-temperature smoke after burning. After the gas passes through the secondary return stroke, the convective heating surface is laterally directed to the separately arranged economizer, and finally the dust collector is discharged through the chimney.

  This series of boilers draws on advantages of quick-loading boilers, compact structure, single-layer layout of the boiler room, convenient on-site installation, short cycle time, low cost, and easy operation. Suitable for industrial and domestic use of steam, heating.

  6. Boiler air supply adopts warehouse type double side air supply device, each plenum can be independently adjusted, and the leakage air has small adjustability, which can avoid string wind and partial burn caused by unequal wind distribution under the grate. Can better meet the requirements of the chain grate combustion characteristics.

  7. The use of high-strength large furnace grate, to avoid the grate slice fracture phenomenon, while reducing the loss of leakage.

  8. Short and high front arches and low and long rear arches are used to ensure stable combustion of materials. At the same time, corresponding furnace arches can be designed according to different materials to meet the burning needs.
